    These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Globe Intraworks Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”) and the customer (“you,” “your”) in relation to the purchase of products and services from our website or physical store.

    These policies and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
